Just one week until the Easter Bunny bestows us with chocolate eggs and colorful peeps! Are you ready for egg salad sandwiches and more scrambled eggs than you can whip up? Here are some of my favorite Easter egg decorating and DIY ideas from around the web. How will we choose? Enjoy!
Coloring and decorating those pretty white eggs:
With just a few crayons, a paintbrush and colored twine and thread, you can create the prettiest eggs the Easter Bunny has ever seen. Some of these are so simple, it will take just moments to create a whole basketful. (There is something so lovely about the simplicity of those twine-tied eggs!) Or if you’re looking to get really artsy, make sure to put out plenty of newspaper for drips and messes. Go wild!

Springtime and Easter inspiration:
I love the idea of using things from around the house like paper bags and strips of colored paper. How many of you received lily or orchid corsages on Easter Sunday as a child? How about making one for everyone this year? With a little more effort those clay bunny bowls or the bunny pouch would be adorable!
